The Idea
I've always been interested in anything to do with creating. Whether it's writing, baking, cooking or brewing, chances are I've had a go at it. Out of these, the things I've had the most success with are definitely those to do with food. This, combined with a need for constant caffeine as a result of student life, led me to an idea. What if I could combine my love of baking and coffee, of creating and designing, into a genuine life plan. And so, this blog and (hopefully one day) business and coffee shop idea was born.
This website aims to chart the process of learning about coffee production and blending all the way up to the eventual start up of an actual coffee shop (one day). Join me, a complete amateur and hopeful dreamer, as I try and learn everything there is to know about tea, coffee and baking!
