Jaffa and ginger (Choc Orange) overnight porridge

Ingredients

150g clementine

350ml milk

1 tsp ginger

1 tbsp cocoa powder

100g porridge oats

Fresh fruit and/or salt to top


Method (Makes 2 large bowls)


  1. Blend together the clementine, milk, cocoa powder and ginger together. Then mix in the porridge oats and allow to sit overnight in the fridge.

  2. Place into bowls and heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Top with fresh fruit and/or a sprinkle of salt and enjoy!

This came from me really wanting a Jaffa Cake porridge I saw on instagram but knowing that the amount of sugar and fat in it was about my week's allowance! So enjoy this healthy tasty porridge that still captures those flavours!
